Beatriz - Scheduling Coordinator
Beatriz is our Scheduling Coordinator, who assists in making and changing appointments. She is committed to treating you well from the first phone call to our office. She does her best to accommodate everyone’s demanding schedules as her vast experience in customer service makes her helpful, compassionate and considerate. She is bilingual, HIPAA, OSHA and CPR certified and has being in the dental field for over eight years.
Beatriz also helps us maintain communication with our referring dentists. She assists in sending referrals and updated x-rays to each patient’s dentist.

Samantha - Treatment Coordinator
You’ll meet Samantha at your first visit, the consultation. As Treatment Coordinator, Samantha will review treatment options as well as make you feel at home! Together, you’ll decide which treatment and payment options work for you. She’s also able to verify insurance benefits, coordinate appointments with your dentist or other specialists, and walk you through every step of treatment.
As a former orthodontic assistant, Samantha is super knowledgeable and knows every aspect of orthodontics. She truly enjoys seeing patients transform and gets excited to see the changes in our patients’ smiles. She may jump in for a spontaneous photo opp, so be ready!

Rheanna is our Financial and Insurance Coordinator. When it comes to any insurance issue, Rheanna is here to help! Her extensive understanding of both insurance and orthodontics allows her to maximize your insurance benefits. She is also your contact person for Orthobanc and setting up monthly payments. She a Registered Dental Assistant and has been licensed for 8 years and is HIPAA, OSHA and CPR certified.

Meet the Clinical Team
Paulina is a Bilingual Orthodontic assistant with five years of experience. She is CPR, HIPAA and OSHA certified. She is also our Invisalign Coordinator and helps keep our Invisalign cases organized and coming in as quickly as possible.
In her words” Its not just about improving your smile, Its about improving your self-esteem and making you feel as good as you do on the outside as well as the inside.” Paulina is a mother of two and on her free time she enjoys going to the nail salon, shopping, trying new restaurants and going for evening walks at the park with her husband and girls.
Franceli is an Orthodontic Assistant. She is a ray of sunshine and ready to make your day! She is a bilingual Registered Dental Assistant who is CPR, OSHA, HIPAA, nitrous certified and has five years of dental experience. Fran also is responsible for inventory and keeping our office stocked up.

Also know as Ty, Telitha is an experienced Orthodontic Assistant and Lab Coordinator. She has nine years of clinical experience, is a Registered Dental assistant with CPR, OSHA and HIPAA certifications. Ty has incredible chair side manner and loves sharing her knowledge with our patients and parents about their orthodontic treatment.
Growing up as a teenager with braces, Ty learned firsthand how a beautiful smile can be life-changing. As an adult, she has a passion for helping others obtain their confidence boosting smiles. Ty says, “The greatest part of my job is to help people who don’t feel comfortable smiling before treatment, because once the braces come off, they can’t stop smiling! I was once that person!”
In her free time, Ty enjoys kayaking, hunting, kickboxing, painting, and most importantly, she loves spending time with her wonderful husband and two energetic kids!
Stephanie is an Orthodontic Assistant who has been working in dental for 9 years. She’s from Pennsylvania, is very friendly, and loves what she does! She is a registered dental assistant and CPR certified. Stephanie also keeps us up to date with our OSHA, HIPAA and CPR certifications. She is an all around dynamo!
In her words, “The best part of my job is getting to be a part of this huge transformation in my patient’s life. It’s not just about seeing their smiles change, but also watching them grow and evolve throughout treatment.” When she’s not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and dog.
Meet Lesley, our Orthodontic Assistant who is also bilingual, CPR certified, OSHA and HIPAA certified. She also serves as our trusty Sterilization Technician who helps keep everything up to OSHA standards. In her free time, she loves to spend quality time with family and friends and working out at the gym.
