Rheanna is our Financial and Insurance Coordinator. When it comes to any insurance issue, Rheanna is here to help! Her extensive understanding of both insurance and orthodontics allows her to maximize your insurance benefits. She is also your contact person for Orthobanc and setting up monthly payments. She a Registered Dental Assistant and has been licensed for 8 years and is HIPAA, OSHA and CPR certified.

Cynthia is our Scheduling Coordinator, who assists in making and changing appointments. She is committed to treating you well from the first phone call to our office. She does her best to accommodate everyone’s demanding schedules as her vast experience in customer service makes her helpful, compassionate and considerate. She is bilingual, HIPAA and CPR certified and has being in the dental field for over eight years.
Cynthia also helps us maintain communication with our referring dentists. She assists in sending referrals and updated x-rays to each patient’s dentist.

You’ll meet Samantha at your first visit, the consultation. As Treatment Coordinator, Samantha will review treatment options as well as make you feel at home! Together, you’ll decide which treatment and payment options work for you. She’s also able to verify insurance benefits, coordinate appointments with your dentist or other specialists, and walk you through every step of treatment. As a former orthodontic assistant, Samantha is super knowledgeable and knows every aspect of orthodontics. She truly enjoys seeing patients transform and gets excited to see the changes in our patients’ smiles. She may jump in for a spontaneous photo opp, so be ready!
Samantha has been licensed for eight years and is CPR, OSHA and HIPAA certified. She also enjoys shopping, hunting and spending time with her family.

Meet the Clinical Team
Fatima is part of the Clinical Team, and is a rock star Orthodontic Assistant! Her extensive knowledge of orthodontics is equal to her compassion and love of our patients. She is a Registered Dental Assistant and has been licensed for eight years. Fatima is OSHA, CPR and HIPAA certified in additional to being bilingual in Spanish and English.
She is also responsible for managing inventory and ordering supplies. Fatima says that interacting with patients and being part of their smile are just two of the many things she enjoys about her position. Spending family time and shopping are just two of the many things she enjoys in her free time.

Paulina is an Orthodontic Assistant. She is a Registered Dental Assistant and is CPR certified. She is also bilingual in Spanish and English. In her words: “I love getting to know our patients and help them achieve that beautiful smile they desire. I take pride in our work, the staff and Dr. Noriega because we all love to go above and beyond our patient’s expectations.” In her free time, Paulina enjoys doing outdoor activities like fishing, going to the beach, playing sports or just hanging out with her loved ones.
Susan is an Orthodontic Assistant and our Invisalign Coordinator. She is amazing! Her extensive knowledge of all procedures makes her a great part of the team. She is a registered dental assistant with 16 years experience and is OSHA, CPR and HIPAA certified. What does she love most about her job? She enjoys educating patients and helping them enjoy their journey to a magical smile.
Telitha (also known as Ty) is an Orthodontic Assistant. She is a Registered Dental Assistant with seven years of experience and is CPR certified. Growing up as a teenager who received braces, Telitha learned how a beautiful smile can be a life changing experience that helps improve self-esteem. Now as an adult, she has a passion for helping others obtain their beautiful, confidence-boosting smile. She states: “The greatest part of my job is to help people who don’t feel comfortable smiling due to embarrassment, because when the braces come off they can’t stop smiling! I was once that person!” In her free time, Telitha enjoys several hobbies: kayaking, hunting, kickboxing, painting, and most importantly she loves spending family time with her wonderful husband and two energetic little kids!
Stephanie is an Orthodontic Assistant who has been working in dental for almost 8 years. She’s from Pennsylvania, is very friendly, and loves what she does! She is a registered dental assistant and CPR certified. In her words, “The best part of my job is getting to be a part of this huge transformation in my patient’s life. It’s not just about seeing their smiles change, but also watching them grow and evolve throughout treatment.” When she’s not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and dog.
