Beatriz - Scheduling Coordinator
Beatriz is our Scheduling Coordinator, who assists in making and changing appointments. She does her best to accommodate everyone’s demanding schedules as her vast experience in the dental field and customer service makes her helpful and considerate. She is bilingual, HIPAA, OSHA and CPR certified and has been in the dental field for over twelve years.
Beatriz also helps us maintain communication with our referring dentists. She assists in sending referrals and updated x-rays to each patient’s dentist.

Samantha - Treatment Coordinator
You’ll meet Samantha at your first visit, the consultation. As Treatment Coordinator, Samantha will review treatment options as well as make you feel at home! Together, you’ll decide which treatment and payment options work for you. She’s also able to verify insurance benefits, coordinate appointments with your dentist or other specialists, and walk you through every step of treatment.
As a former orthodontic assistant, Samantha is super knowledgeable and knows every aspect of orthodontics. She truly enjoys seeing patients transform and gets excited to see the changes in our patients’ smiles.
Samantha has been licensed for eleven years and is CPR, OSHA and HIPAA certified. She also enjoys shopping, hunting and spending time with her family.

Holly - Financial and Insurance Coordinator
Holly is our Financial and Insurance Coordinator. When it comes to an insurance question, she’s here to help! Her understanding of both insurance and dentistry allows Holly to maximize your insurance benefits. She’s also your contact person for Orthobanc and setting up monthly payments.
Holly is a Registered Dental Assistant and has been licensed for 5 years and is HIPAA, OSHA and CPR certified. Before becoming a dental assistant, Holly worked as an urgent care X-ray technician. She’s lived in Seguin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi before settling down in Houston. In her free time, Holly spends time with friends and family, and enjoys every moment with her young daughter.

Lauren is our friendly Patient Care Coordinator who believes in the value of a smile. She is committed to treating you well from the first phone call to our office. She is also a Registered Dental Assistant and has been licensed for three years. Additionally, Lauren is HIPAA, OSHA, AND CPR certified.
SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
In her role as Social Media Coordinator, Lauren is responsible for our amazing online presence. She brings her creativity and positive attitude to every post. She also loves sharing what she knows about orthodontics with our patients. Above all, Lauren never gets tired of seeing the smiles on patient’s faces when they get their braces off. Lauren says that the most fulfilling part of her job is creating visits that are easy, worry-free, and fun for all patients. She is dedicated to ensuring your family has a positive experience, even before you step in our office. Lauren is a proud Louisiana native who enjoys cooking, music, and spending time outdoors with her son.

Meet the Clinical Team
Cris is not only a great Orthodontic Assistant, she’s also Lab Coordinator. She’s in charge of fabricating, repairing, and sizing removable appliances. Cris is very friendly, and loves what she does! She is a registered dental assistant with 5 years experience and is CPR, OSHA and HIPAA certified.
As busy as she is, Cristina is also a licensed cosmetologist! In her free time, she enjoys working on clients, going to church, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
Yessenia is an experienced Orthodontic Assistant. and Clinical Coordinator. She is a bilingual Registered Dental Assistant who is CPR, OSHA, HIPAA, nitrous certified and has several years of clinical experience.
As Clinical Coordinator, Yessi is the liaison between the doctors and the team. She’s a seasoned assistant, who can answer all your questions about each visit. Additionally, as Inventory Coordinator, Yessenia is responsible for keeping our office stocked up with all our supplies.
She is a mother of 2 who loves spending time with her beautiful family. She loves to work on her arts and craft projects. Traveling is her favorite and going to concerts when she is not working.

Jordyn is an Orthodontic Assistant and Invisalign Coordinator, who’s been a registered dental assistant since 2021. She’s certified in CPR, OSHA, and HIPPA and is excited to be serving patients where she was once a patient. As Invisalign Coordinator, Jordyn helps keep our Invisalign cases organized and coming in as quickly as possible.
Her favorite part of the job is the patients. She loves informing and making patients feel comfortable during each visit here.
Jordyn, her brother, and mom were patients of Dr. Noriega. She says, “My appreciation of Copper Creek Orthodontics and a beautiful, healthy smile began years ago when Dr. Noriega first fitted me with braces. I was so proud to show off my new smile!”
She is a Cy-Fair graduate and was a collegiate student-athlete. When her work is done, you’ll find Jordyn camping, playing recreational sports, or completing DIY crafts.
Jackie is an orthodontic assistant, who’s also bilingual. She has been in the dental field for 7 years and is CPR, OSHA, and HIPAA certified.
She’s charge of managing our Damon bracket system setups, which is the first step in your smile journey. Jackie also tracks of our patients’ birthdays so that our Copper Creek team can celebrate along with you!
In her free time, Jackie is a world traveler, and has already been to 13 countries! She describes herself as a cat lady, who volunteers at the Cat Café. Jackie also likes working out and spending time with her boyfriend. As recent arrivals from Virginia, they are getting to know Houston together.
